Long before we started Ground Lift Media, we were musicians trying to start a career. By automating customer service, advertising, and communications, we were able to maintain high standards of quality and nurture loyalty, all of which laid the foundation for the launch of our record label / wholesale distribution outlet. By honing in on our strongest markets around the World and focusing on a quality product, the label quickly branched off into an online-based record shop / retail distribution outlet. And along the way, we developed 2 organizations that were meant as support systems for artist communities, but also serve in a larger marketing capacity.

Yes, this is all music-related but the core ideas are all firmly rooted in a Brand Strategy based around Digital Marketing, which can be applied to any industry!
